Antagonistic OC - Ra Ji-tae has his eyes on one of the agency members by the name of Wu Nam-seon (visual: Kim Myung-soo) from the start. Well, for some reason, he was against the idea of the agency head recruiting Power Casters from different factions instead of choosing from just one or two. So he didn't exactly gave the recruited Cloudbreakers a proper greeting up until they proved themselves capable of fulfilling the mission to ending the Power Casters' war with the Black Cloud Vessels.

Most wholesome OC - Han Mi-yong (visual: Kim Se-jeong) was Ra Ji-tae's secretary and niece and probably the most innocent out of all the employees of SK-Nephelus Agency. Well, innocent in a sense that she's still a growing girl. But even when her uncle was trying not to get her involved in any danger that the agency was dealing with, Mi-yong wanted nothing more than to help him achieve his goals of ending the war in her innocent ways possible.
