(book comment) Kusunoki's Garden Of Gods Volume 2

Rating: ⭐⭐⭐

I mean, the story is still fine. But maybe the whole book proceeded a little slow for me. I still enjoyed it, over all. The same way I enjoyed the anime adaptation.

Just one thing I keep telling to myself whenever I would watch paranormal investigation shows on Youtube (especially on Youtube), never go to the comment section and read other people's opinion on the episode. Because whether you like it or not, there would be people out there ruining it for you with their skepticism and bullshits. That's their opinion, though. Not mine. I can respect that. But it's not the same as actually accepting that. The comments — good or bad — would still ruin them for me. It's bullshit for them, but not for me. It's staged for them, that's not the case for me. I guess this is why I tend to download the episodes instead and watch them offline so that I wouldn't have that urge to look at the comments.

(book comment) The Frontier Lord Begins With Zero Subjects Volume 1

Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Enjoyed reading it, even though I only decided to start reading this after seeing the anime adaptation. Why is that, though? But I think I'll worry about that later. What matters to me is that I got to finish reading another book.

(book comment) Heroine? Saint? No, I'm An All-Works Maid! Volume 1

Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐.5

This is actually a 4.5 for me. I just love it. So now I'm wondering why I DNF'd it several months ago. I can't recall the reason now. Was that a weird thing to say? But I guess it's okay now. At least I finally finished reading this. I guess I have to thank the anime adaptation of this for igniting my desire to read this again. It paid off, so to speak.

(book comment) "One More Summer" by J. Collette Smith

Thank you so much to the author and also P.S. I Love You PR for the ARC of this book in exchange for an honest review. I'm truly grateful to receive this copy ahead of the release date. By the way, I hope I'm not way too early in posting my thoughts about this book. But I can't help it, so here I am.

Hope From Love's Memories - Chapter 5

'Ano'ng ibig niyang sabihin doon? Just because he wanted to?

(book comment) Campfire Cooking In Another World With My Absurb Skill Volume 11

Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Crazy dungeon. That, I think, would sum up the majority of this volume. And yes, with guidance from the God of All Creation, of all things.

(book comment) Easygoing Territory Defense by the Optimistic Lord: Production Magic Turns a Nameless Village into the Strongest Fortified City Volume 2

Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Love every bit of it, except for the war part and also Van's father. Then again, that's just me, I guess. At least Van's brother Murcia has some sense.

Banjou (KR Build)/Fuuka (Ninninger): Smile Seared In Memory

How is it that whenever I close my eyes and force myself to forget you, your smile that was seared in my memory would always stop me from doing so? — Florence Joyce

xxxxxx

If one would deem him as crazy, maybe he would truly believe so. However, the only reason why he kept scratching his hair was due to his frustration. As per usual, he hadn't gotten enough sleep. This had already happened for two weeks in a row. Any more of this would truly hamper his health.

Then again, it wasn't like Banjou could do something about it until he finally got to the root of the problem.
